This project (build a website) 1st try - failed. I asked the coder to do a specific way and all got was his way. And to top it - the site was PINK... A total loss! So - if you are going to bid on this project, please read each line carefully prior to your bid.
QNotes Website:
1) SQLite Databse - named: [login to view URL]
2) MUST USE the newer PDO() Connection scheme.
3) I do not want MySQL involved what-so-ever.
4) Website Name/Title: QNotes
5) Login Screen: UserID and Password.
6) If user doesn't exist - just add him and his password. (internal use only).
7) Admin account to clean up users and posts.
8) There are only 2 Fields a user has to fill out:
Subject and Comments. That's it.
9) Last 10 lines will show the latest
10) I will provide an example of how I want it should look.
11) If the site doesn't look like the example I provided or if the code doesn't work right out of the box - then it might be a long day!
12) If you need an FTP account on my server to test it - I can provide username and password.
