I need a relatively simple Word Press based website, that I can import to my own Word Press server once created (see attached, more detailed brief). I think we are looking at seven pages (or areas if it’s a scrolling website rather than separate pages) for the front end that everyone can see, with a members area for people to create an account submit materials and be able to retrieve and edit their own submissions.

For overall simplicity of a scrolling website:

- that all intellectual property will be owned by me upon completion of the work
- that you will not use any of the information I have shared with you to create anything similar for yourself or other clients
- how you propose we collaborate in order for me to see early examples of the layouts etc. that you propose and whether your costing takes into account a round of modifications for example. Please bear in mind I am used in the UK.
Please do not reply with an unrealistic price that gets you the job and then either grows because of unanticipated activity or results in a project that takes far far too long.
