Build a Website

I have the bones of a [url removed, login to view] site but want it transfered to Godaddy as a [url removed, login to view] site. We need all membership related functionality in the end but I will have to do it incrementally. I need a site that functions as parent site with eventual child sites. I need to be able to give unique member numbers and to allow various levels of access based on their status. We need the local members to be able to have private social media forums and a place where they can go public to their child sites and the parent site. We train fold in a peer facilitated health and wellness practice and then community trainers to train their members. as soon as we can we will have distance learning packages that will have live and nonlive learning moduals. Now we need a way to take money for the trainings and then to activate billing 3 months after the training if the opt in. We have some basic logo and brand [url removed, login to view] need a landing page with a sophisticated marketing funnel by the end of the year. We need the site to function by May 16. There is more we can develop that in conversations.
