4)Ability to add different email marketing API with threshold limits (subscriber, send limits) and give complete free mass marketing solution
5)schedule emails email campaigns and track its performance (delivery/open/clickthru/bounces)
6)automatic bounce and subscriber's subscription management
Technology you can use any opensource technologies which are reliable upto 5-10 millions emails per month throughput capability.(php/python//mysql/postgres etc)
