Add a blog and redirect link to an existing wordpress website

we need to add a blog to it that will need to include youtube direct link so people can click play on the videos and see them in the blog, as well as pictures.
blog must be set with same color style, look and feel as the rest of the website.
here are examples of the style of blogs we would like.
