Design a company flier / brochure

Need a one sheet, 8.5" X 11", double sided. It can either be a full page, double sided, or it can be an 8.5" X 11" folded (landscape and then folded to 4 "panels" of 5.5" X 8.5"). I am attaching a number of things:
1. The text that should appear somewhere on the flier
2. The business card of the company so you can see the font and line for the logo
3. Lots of pictures that can be used - they do not ALL HAVE to be used.
Want this to look like a very professional flier.
