Design a Wordpress Mockup

We have purchased an existing WordPress theme (Equipo, responsive) that we need modified for a mockup/presentation to a new client. The final mockup needs to exist as HTML so that it can be viewed by the client.
We will be showing the client the home page and two or three of the "inside" pages. The site does NOT need to be functional, it is simply for viewing (ie. the menu hyperlinks do not need to work).
Static HTML pages are all we need.
