Design a website

I need a website designed to my specifications. 1. It needs to have a search bar. 2. Needs to have tabs that people can click on to go different sections. 3. Needs to have a customizable list for the user that they can email to themselves or send to their mobile device. 4. Needs to have food recipes, medicines, foods, and spices available so that people have easy access to them. 5. Need to be able to plan weekly things (with a timer and calender to keep track) 6. Needs to be able to be personalized by the user. 7. Needs to have a feature to the website where you can search things only pertaining to what is typed or so that that one particular thing will be avoided. 8. Needs to have a blog/newsfeed on the home page so that personalized things and new things can be put there for the user to see. 9 Needs to have an option to save and send specific things( should always be available)10. Needs to be colorful and creative/unique! I need to be able to make any changes that I see necessary to the website
