CS Cart setup, graphic design, configuration and SEO

I will know if you have CS cart experience within minutes of commencing our project and will cancel our work if you dont. I dont mean to sound harsh or intollerent but I have had bad experiences with people who claim to have skills and knowledge they dont and I dont want to go through this again. I expect complete honesty around what you can and cant do. Please also only reply if your english skills are strong. Thank you.

I need assistance setting up a new CS cart cart site. It is already installed and working.

my primary requirements are as follows:

Header Design update or redo

multiple add ons configuration - (mostly CS Cart included addons that need parameters set).

Image rotator added

configure pages for retail application - basically help to set up the pages for online product sales

payment gateways setup

integrate australia post module for shipping

a custom CSS mod or creation - fairly simple one

Robust seo setup - mostly Cs cart Seo configuration but also what ever it takes to get this site up there.

general assistance with all aspects of this cart.

I would prefer someone who is not afreid to work after hours on this as I myself am a night owl and will work for as long as it takes to get it done and will provide assistance where needed.I have a reasonable graphics background as well.
