Design an Advertisement for a newspaper

Hi,
The price you bid must be your final price. I do not want low bidders who ask for more money after winning the job!
I have a client who would first like a quarter page advert designing for insertion into a newspaper publication. The advert measures 120 x 174 mm (w x h).
The advert is for a dolphin park. We have some very basic ideas of what the clients require, we have their logos, over 1 GB of dolphin images etc.
After the newspaper advertisement has been designed, I will require another design for a mini billboard designing for the same dolphin park. The measurements will be approx 500x500 mm (just an approx estimate).
You would have to design the advertisement, send it to me, I will get the clients approval and you must send me the PDF and original file format and then you will be paid in full. Please note client is very busy and can sometimes take a few days to approve artwork.
Revisions will most likely need to be made so take this into consideration.
We must communicate over Skype. Your English must be fluent and you must be available for the job immediately after winning the bid and be available at my working hours GMT +1.
All artwork created are not for re-sale and I will own all rights towards them.
You must be professional and good at designing advertisements for newspaper publications and be aware of the correct TAC at 240%, use the correct colour profiles etc. Artwork in CMYK etc.
