Upgrade Joomla 1.5 Site to Joomla 2.5 using commercial template and K2

We require that the website [login to view URL] be upgraded from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5. The current site makes use of K2 to display the content and we would like to do the same again, using the following template: [login to view URL]
We will purchase the template.
Important points about this project: Most of the K2 Items currently have a photo gallery - these images need to be kept, although we would prefer to use another plugin to display the images. We will place the images once the migration to 2.5 has been done.
The reason we want to upgrade to 2.5 and not 3 is because we make use of aiContact and every supplier listing on the site has a custom contact form that is directed to the advertiser, while keeping a copy in the backend of the site.
We would like to add some new functionality to the site namely:
A new way to display the contact details of the supplier so that the user has to "click" to reveal them - this action needs to be recorded on Google Analytics.
