This is a project for designing the look and feel of a website and also building it out. If you cannot do both, please do not bid. This site will be completed in the latest version of WordPress. The main goal is that it has to be fast. Attention to detail is extremely important. I will see imperfections and it is important that they are not missed. I answer any and all questions quickly and will be happy to provide any guidance that I can. I have laid out the specifications below, however, if you have any questions, please let me know.
As stated above, designing the look and feel of the site is part of the process. I will need you to design mockups of the look and feel in which I will choose one. Please see details below for look and feel.
Communication is also very important. I need someone that will give me progress updates and the status of the ongoing project.
