Requirement:
--Migrate this website/content into new Joomla CMS
-----all users, news content, all forum categories, links..
--If possible use phpbb3 bridge to integrate phpbb forums into Joomla cms(if not use any suitable forums)
--build suitable community based Joomla Template and also suitable logo for the new CMS
