To build or to modified from a turnkey script a C2C marketplace.
I've found some script .e.g etsy clone but it needs to be modified to how i wanted it.
The exact features and function i'm looking for can be found by download an mobile app (app store) called CAROUSELL.
Typically, users buy online and pay using paypal etc. But since this is C2C market, it needs to be tweak as such
When a user wants to buy an item from another person, the user will have to click "Chat to buy" button. Then, it will need the buyer to enter an offer to the seller. Only then, they are able to chat privately(messaging system). Of course, for every system, you need back end control panel and etc.
