I am looking for Real estate website for my own.

examples:

Once you build the web site I might need to host it on my own server or cloud.

I should be able to add my buyers list

push my inventory to my buyers by email

end user also should be able to add their properties on to my web site but I need to have control on publishing the property once I verify it.

I should be able to add one or two users to this

I should be able to send individual email with my property list including pictures either as HTML or pdf format.

I should be able to publish the same to craigslist.

You can send me your requirements to have a better website.
