Build a Website- WordPress Premium Theme

I have a new website which I need setup. I have bought this theme and need it setup urgently: [login to view URL]

I have the vector logo and menu. I need my logo put in and the menu setup and need the theme properly scroll the the menu items.

I need this done urgently within 2 hours, if you able to do so please let me know and I will give you more work at the end of the project.
