Build a Website (Escrow)

I'm in need of a website, I basically want a copy of another website - (Of which I do not own)

It is an escrow website; it should have ALL features of the website.

I require the following things;-

1. Exact copy of [login to view URL]

2. I require all features of the site, including account, login, etc.

3. It should have all the links on the website, and all the pages should be copied onto my server.

4. It should have the ability to create a new escrow, and also send emails (like [login to view URL] do) upon new creation
