Church invitation cards

We're looking for a card that we'll give to people to use to invite their friends out to church.
If possible I'd like to see the card laid out vertically like [login to view URL]
Front:
I was thinking of the front having our church logo then below that something along the lines of "Come join us Sundays at 10:00 AM at Lamar High School".
Then below that, similar to what the "Journey" card has......Biblical Preaching........Genuine Fellowship.......Amazing Children's Program - all with relevant icons to the left.
The bottom could have a bar similar to the "Journey" card that says LEARN MORE AT: DFWCHURCH.ORG.
Back:
The back would have two horizontal lines on the top for members to write their name & number. Below that would be a line map like the one on the card at [login to view URL] (a drawn map).
The map would be of Lamar High School (see lamar high school arlington tx)
We really want the map to show 820 and 360 (both run North and South). It would be good to also show "Fielder" and "Cooper" (both also run North and South). The map would also show 30 and Lamar and then maybe a star where Lamar HS is located.
The background will need to be white I guess (especially on the back) since people will be writing their names/numbers on the card.
