Hello,
I am looking to create a custom Hex Editor software. The hex editor should have the ability to import a hex file and allow you to modify the contents. I am looking to only modify certain data. When the hex file is imported specific data is viewed in custom tables. The data is not grouped in one section of the memory. I have all of the address of the hex values that would be grouped and laid out in a specific way. An Excel file will show how I need the tables laid out explaining the header information on the X and Y axis along with the address and hex value.
There are a total of 25 tables. But i will be only focusing on 1 Table for now. It could get bit complicated. Just want to take the steps slow so no one is confused.
Developer Knowledge: C++, Automotive background, GUI development, Assembly, Graphic Design, and Algorithm Development
