design a flash banner for google re-marketing campaign

I need to design google ads approved flash banners similar to the one provided which will focus on "best price guaranteed" "we buy gold and silver" and must have our logo. banners must loop. you must understand that the purpose of this banner is google re-marketing and it must comply with google standards. we need 9 banners for all google formats 120x600, 160x600, 200x200, 250x250 300x250, 300x600, 336x280, 468x60, 728x90.

to win this project you must reply with understanding of google's advertising standards as I will not release any escrow funds if you dont know accepted formats and size limitations and will waste my valuable time.
