Create Web Brochures from PDFs

We have three multi-page brochures that are currently available in PDF format that we would like to translate into web brochures for easy viewing. The brochures must fit into the editable area of the template for the applicable content area on our site (see [url removed, login to view])
I am thinking something that can be viewed either by flipping pages or by mousing left or right to the next pages as the pages pass through the screen horizontally.
Two of the brochures are 33 by 8.5 inches double-sided when formatted for print. The other brochure is perhaps 9 by 13 and stapled...about 8 pages or so.
Brochures will be furnished to serious bidders. Project timeline is Sunday July 24 at 6 PM Eastern Time US
