AS2 light effect changing to AS3

Hello everyone, thanks for interesting in this project.

I have a light effect made in AS2 but I want to use it into an AS3 design, somehow it doesn't work well, so I want to change it to AS3

I will send the full AS2 script (fla) to the awarded freelancer, please do not ask for it if you are not awarded.

I'm attaching to this project the swf file.

I could award the freelancer that can make something similar or even better.

Please do not bid if you have not a portfolio of similar works already done
