Auto SMS script to send daily text to tenants - Repost - open to bidding

Hi,
I'd like someone to program a simple automatic sending of a daily text message to all clients who are staying at our apartments.
The following features are required:
1. Everyday, the software must login to backend and retrieve the phone numbers of all clients checking in on that day.
2. The script must then send a pre-set text message from our mobile phone number to all the clients (at a pre-set time).

backend do you mean mysql database? i have done something simillar in php mysql, i can combine it to work for you, and send 1 sms to each client found in that list everyday.
