BILLING RESEARCH BRIEF
AUSTRALIA
We are a multi award winning organization providing high quality printed products and innovative business solutions. We are looking for a research company to assist us with some market research into service companies in Australia.
Our business is currently focused on business to consumer markets (B2C) that send regular bills requiring payment. Currently, the business is dealing with local government and water. We would like to build on the capabilities of other markets that fit the criteria.
What we require:-
• obtain market and competitor information from gas, telecommunications and electricity supply market in Australia
• collate data and statistics
• presentation chart to show
• by market
• how many bills are sent each year
• value of the bills
• who are the top 20 supplier/invoice in Australia
• Evidence of the findings
• Examples of other briefs and research you have undertaken as a freelancer
Project Deliverables
1) As noted above
2) To be completed within 5 days from receipt of research approval
3) 50% of work to be handed within 2.5 days from receipt of research approval; assessment of work will be provided, to make adjustments from you where necessary.
4) 50% remaining work to be submitted on the 5th day.
