Connect to a remote MySQL from localhost (local server)

Hello!

This is not something you should done, it's something you should answer. Only the working solution will be paid.

I have one MySQL server application running on my local netbook. I also have an MySQL webserver which i'm trying to connect and i can't. This is why I'm asking for help.

**I've tried to add the external ip address of my netbook on 'MySQL Remote Databases' but with no luck (getting this error:** "*A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. in **D:\www\apache\htdocs\[login to view URL]** on line **9**

Could not connect to slave database: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond*.") .

**I also tried to add the ip address of anoter website which I own and I can't connect. Here I'm getting this error:** "*Could not connect to slave database: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111*"

**I really need to write data in the remote MySQL from localhost. What should I do ?

I have a php function that distributes information across many local databases, and i need to distribute to remote databases too.
