looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join Our growing team. The right candidate Must have 3-5+ years customer service experience in either a call center setting or administrative services servicing customer accounts, dealing with customers questions, complaints, issues etc. The right candidate must be a FAST learner & posses a desire to help other people. The right candidate Must have good listening skills and be able to quickly identify & resolve the customers issues/concerns. The right candidate MUST be able to type, talk, work (navigate PC) simultaneously, this is non negotiable as this job requires all 3 skills with each customer interaction so unfortunately, if you can't do those things all simultaneously then this is not the job for you. Good time management is a MUST and 30 WPM or more would be fantastic. A self motivated individual that has the ability to not only motivate themselves but also can motivate themselves to work steadily on a regular basis and be known as dependable, this would be ideal.
