Data Cleaning: 1000 Hospital/Clinic Names

I have an Excel spreadsheet of 48,000 healthcare institutions (e.g. hospitals, clinics etc) collected over years of data entry that require cleaning / consolidation.
For example:
1. Hospital "F.J. Muniz", Buenos Aires, Argentina
2. Hospital Pneumonologie Muniz, Buenos Aires, Argentina
3. San Jose Clinic, Buenos Aires, Argentina
3. Muniz Hospital, Buenos AIres, Argentina
4. Hosp Pneum Muniz, Buenos AIres, Argentina
I need someone to go through each record MANUALLY and:
(1) confirm that the institution name exists at the specified location
e.g. sometimes we get the odd record of dirty data such as
New York Presbytarian Hospital, London, United Kingdom ---> (should be flagged as wrong, since no such hospital in London could be found)
(2) identify an institution website (if it exists) and address (~60% will have a corresponding website - don't spend too much time on this)
(3) ensure that the SAME NAME is used for the same institution,
so in the "Muniz" hospital example above then records 1,2,4 and 5 should be corrected to read:
Hospital "F.J. Muniz", Buenos Aires, Argentina
Candidates should correct records or mark them as WRONG/UNCONFIRMED if you cannot be sure that such an institution exists.
The successful candidate(s) will get work BY COUNTRY in lots of 1,000 records, so please BID PER 1,000 records. As you complete each work to a high standard, you will get the next sheet.
