Create a Video from cutouts of The Great Gatsby movies

I need a cutout (small video clips with the most visually remarkable moments in the movies) compilation from the movies The Great Gatsby (both the old one with Robert Redford and the new one starring Leonardo di Caprio). Each individual cutout should be no longer than 45 secs, the total length of the video compilation should be around 1 hour 20 minutes. Approximately 70% of the cutouts should be from the new movie, the rest from the old one. Deadline 24th of December
