Audio to Transcript to Script

I have a 60-minute audio of myself presenting on the topic of list building. I need it to be transcribe, and then re-write into a better script. English is not my native language. I sound different to you some of you. I did the audio live without much planning except for some notes at my side. And there are tons of grammatical errors. I need you to listen to the audio and transcribe it word for word. After that, I want you to edit it into a better presentation SCRIPT. Understanding what I'll do with this would probably help you with this project. I want to use the SCRIPT to redo the audio presentation -- and later use the script as the transcript itself. I prefer this to be done by a person that speaks English as his/her first language. And probably at least a little understanding on Internet and email marketing. And best when you've done transcription work in the past. The tone of this presentation is very laid back. I am trying to teach in a very casual manner, appearing like talking to a friend. If you are going to show me some example writing work, don't show me your serious business letters or press releases. I am not interested in that. Show me a more casual writing. And it's best when you've transcription service before. If you are going to bid, please write back with a convincing proposal. I am tired of reading "I will do as requested" bids. I promise you, I will ignore you. Audio file in MP3 will be provided to the awarded coder. You will delivering two Words file documents. I need the word for word transcription delivered first, as soon as possible. Partial payment will be made for the first deliverable.
