C# command line application that converts audio files from popular formats to mp3 and ogg. Calls out to database periodically to find new files for conversion. Follows up by trying a conversion and then updates the database with results. The database is already built and stored procedures to work with it are already in place. Just need the C# application. Should accept AIFF, WAVE (WAV), FLAC, ALAC, OGG, MP2, MP3, AAC, AMR, and WMA files and as long as they are not protected by DRM they should be able to be converted to mp3 and ogg.
