The light weight open source? VOIP application 'mumble' is written in C++ using the Qt framework.

Mumble is am open source? light weight client application. The server part is called Mumur and they both run as seperate applications. They are written in C++ and can be compiled for the PC, Mac and Linux.
The software is mainly used for online gamers to communicate in game but can be used for anything really.

I am concerned with mumble only (not murmur). As previously mentioned it has? been built using the Qt framework. Basically I want the software to run as is,? on the Windows, **without? the Qt framework**. I do not require any user interface.
The software should be able to connect to a murmur server as normal and allow the user to voice chat.
During installation of the current mumble software, the user is asked to configure serveral options via the graphical user interface. These settings should be read from a standard text where they will be hard coded.
Also the? ip address of a murmur server to connect to will be read from a text file rather selected graphically.
There a serveral other features of the current mumble software which I do not require. The winning bidder should consult me as and when they need to make a decision during coding.

A. As stated in the description above... I do not want a User Interface and yes I want the application to run without using QT.
Q. I assumed this to mean the application never shows a window reads configuration from a text file.
A. The application? should never show any windows. Qt must be entirely removed from the mumble software (**not just disabled**).
Yes configurations will be read from file.
Q. **Being familiar with murmur/mumble I can say that both use Qt for much more then just the GUI. It uses many container classes, and signal/slot architecture as well, which is why murmur as well as mumble requires Qt even though it is a server as opposed to a client.**
A. Yes i am aware of this. If one has enough skill to remove? from QT from mumble then they should bid, else not.
