Decode SSL response from web server via .net

I am trying to decode the response from a web server that was achieved via SSL. Basically I have the response from the web server and the headers it returned on the request.

All I need is a code library that has a single method. Given the encoded response and the headers, the method will simply decode the response string and return the actual html in the response. The solution must be in .net preferably implemented via C#.
