Data Extraction from Website

I need someone to extract data files such as name, address, phone number, email off of a website. I had this done last year from a getafreelancer who simply used excel programming to automatically extract this from the website. There are approximately 71,000 names. I am not looking for someone to do this manually. I know I paid less than $100 to have it done last year.

I have attached an instructional manual and the excel file that I will need to have filled out.

Once completed I have an excel file of about 21,000 emails that will have to be removed from the New Excel List just created.

For the right person with excel & programming experience this should be relatively easy. I know the extraction of files last year took about 3-4 days to do.

Please do not bid until you read the attached files. The PDF is an instructional manual of how to extract info from website.
