A 20 year old established and successful business to date – industrial cleaning machines. Has somewhat lost its way / become complacent and not looked over its shoulder. Now it has some big competition and has not spent any decent amount of money on revamping its web site, its marketing budgets, online advertising, no mailouts, has a big database but does nothing with it – eg calling, mailouts, newsletters etc .
Doesn’t deal with its 100’s of existing customers eg relationships and upsells etc etc or surveys or alike. The list of things goes on ! I am after a sales and marketing type business plan and everything else too………..
