Responsibilities include the following:
Come up with topic ideas for blog/newsletter posts
Conduct research for blog/newsletter posts, including reading other blogs/newsletters,
Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn
Write a minimum of 1-2 blog posts per week for posting on our website (when live)
Comment on other blog posts to increase our visibility
Be active in forums such as Facebook,Twitter,Pinterest etc
Other projects as needed
Qualifications:
Passionate about blogging and writing preferably about food
Friendly and conversational
Must be a good writer, team player and technologically savvy
Fast Learner
Benefits:
This is an paid per project role (fee TBC)
Estimated weekly hours are 10 hours per week, unless you have more time than that! Schedule is
flexible, and you can write the posts when works for you. (minimum 3-month commitment, but longer if
you’d like)
Would be expected to attend food and drink shows on our behalf ( will be discussed in more detail) and then post event/info on the blog/website
Intern will work remotely, on his/her own computer
Create a portfolio of your published work
