I need an auction site designed - this will need to higly configurable to my specifications. I will need to not have to pay any additional fees regarding licensing after the site is finished. It will need to be easily administer the site. It will need the full functionality of sites like Ebay and Ebid, but as I specified will need to be designed to my requirements. It will definetely need to ability to search by a radius (distance in miles) from an inputted postcode.
