we need tribox/asterisk server installation and configuration. you are supposed to quote your price along with hardware and software requirements. In the start we shall start with 8 telephone lines. all shall be inbound lines and IP Phones or Pap2T devices can be used for agent. LAN is already [url removed, login to view] shall be provided by us. you need to provide all the software and hardware required purely for call center. calls shall be taken from Faisalabad electric supply companie's jurisdiction. A menu for IVR shall be needed to design and calls shall be transferred to the respective agents. for reporting purposes we need few parameters to be exposed to PHP or windows based application like caller number, Call Date time, Complaint category and etc.
