Convert My Logo To Vector (.ai Illustrator file)

I am looking for an expert in Adobe Illustrator that can convert my logo into a vector file (.ai format). I have created the logo in Photoshop but I am not skilled enough in Illustrator to duplicate the look of it. The logo has steel cable graphic in it that I need re-created in Illustrator to look more realistic. It needs to have a perspective to it so it looks like its wrapping behind the oval emblem and then coming round in front of it. I am attaching various elements of the logo that I have created including some .ai elements that I have created or found online that can help you. Also included is the .jpg version that shows how the logo should look. I need to have this logo look as close as possible to the .jpg version including the 3D text, the steel hook, and oval emblem (including gradients). Please do not leave a blank bid amount.
