I have a requirement for a making Commercial Proposals (CP) on a regular basis in response to RFP’s & Tenders. I have a template which is to be used.
The template is to consists of 3 parts : (a) Background of my company – This will remain constant for all CP (b) Relevant parts of the tender document copied, edited and pasted into the CP. (c) Commercials in the format of the RFP/tender.
I will probably do 3 tenders per month throughout the year. To my mind this should not take more than 1-2 hours.
Please let me know your charges for each CP and I would like you to do one sample proposal for me for which I will send you the data.
