I am a graphic designer who often designs and occasionally codes websites but does not enjoy it, the coding that is. I am looking for someone to do an add on to a site currently in development. Temporary version of site is at [url removed, login to view], but final design will be different. At present am in need of form to capture name/email/etc as on the left side of the page on this site ([url removed, login to view]). The form will be on the home page at least, potentially on every page of the site. Need to know how long it will take you once you get the files + cost. FYI - client is extremely time concious and argumentative so please be as honest as humanly possibly in time estimate to prevent problems. At some point in a year or so they will be adding e-commerce to the site and database type functionality so potential for add'l work is very high.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
needs to run on at least the current last three version of Internet Explorer.
