Create an Animation

The project is to create an animation with a length of approximately 90 seconds. The animation is of a developing sphere (see attached image).
The screen is to start black. The first point to appear must be the largest dot, from there the connecting lines are to extend out to the other dots eventually creating a full sphere.
I'd like the final sphere to be exactly as the one attached is.
Following the completion of the sphere the imaged is required to zoom out and show a large banner (to be provided later) with the sphere in the centre.
