Create an Animation

We are creating a one minute animation for a venture capital proposal for an app. A storyboard video will be provided including character voices and timings. UI elements and fantasy characters will be provided, but you have the freedom to design the human characters. The style of the video is a colorful yet simple 2D cartoon (think Powerpuff Girls). Music and sound will be taken care of by us.
Please use After Effects or Flash as we will need to be able to edit the source files if need be.
The deadline will be one week (7 days) from acceptance of the bid. An NDA will be required through Freelancer.
