Question 1:

write a function to return real roots of a quadratic. The input to the function is the coefficients,a,b,and c.

Hint 1:place the two roots in vector. which you should return at the end of the function.

Hint 2:The function should return an error message if the roots are complex.

Question 2:

Write a function to return the standard deviation and variance of a vector.
