AJAX suggestion field with categories

Make an "as-you-type" suggestion window, according to attached design and making use of an existing service response:
For exemple: the service being called by /ajax/[login to view URL]
would return this response:
{"regions":[{"code":"","label":"Nord-Pas-de-Calais"}],"departements":[{"code":14,"label":"Calvados"},{"code":62,"label":"Pas-de-Calais"}], "villes":[{"code":"62100","label":"Calais"},{"code":"14130","label":"Les Authieux-sur-Calonne"},{"code":"14130","label":"Saint-Julien-sur-Calonne"}, {"code":"22100","label":"Aucaleuc"},{"code":"22100","label":"Calorguen"}]}
which is made of three categories (regions, departements, villes)
- After clicking on one option (categories header are not clickable) this would replace the field value with the chosen option and close the suggest window.
- Must be fully cross-browser, jQuery based
- Dynamic size and clear CSS for changes
- Must allow use of keyboard arrows to select the option
- no scrollbar
