What better can be than your own name! Unique and personal. Only trade-off is that you will have to market it as a Brand name. But considering your business to have its own niche like vintage watches, its much better for a brand-name to be niche as well and not to go common with the use of generic words. Though its just a personal opinion, "Cerejo Olivier" indeed sounds like a brand. ;)
