Hi I am looking for a very simple poster A3 for my office: first poster with the words:

Spencer Harvey Values

We are Passionate about property
We are Passionate about our community
We are passionate about customer service
We are passionate about making a difference

WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT YOU

Second poster with the words:

The Spencer Harvey Customer promise

We ensure you will always feel welcome
We will build strong foundations through professionalism and trust
We appreciate, respect and will understand your needs

Our company logo is attached, I don't want anything fussy but it has to look very professional and both posters should stand out, I have attached an example I have seen , that is clean. I have also attached our logo and the picture of our shop (ghosted out, but you don';t have to use), the font in this brief is key, don't use a standard times new roman etc
