I need the best TITLE, SUBTITLE, and a SHORT DESCRIPTION for my "weight loss" system book cover.

Does not include many rules.

Does not include cutting carbs.
Does not include cutting fat.
Does not include cutting sugar.
Does not include cutting any food category.
Does not include extreme and prolonged exercises.
Exercise is optional but helpful.
