I'm looking for a color DRAWING for the front cover image of a book. NOT WORD ART, A DRAWING. The required content is described below, and a sketch is attached.

The style of the content can be slight satirical and attempt to portray my dread of what is going on.

To give you an idea of what the book is about. Someone pays a new girlfriend to switch herself out with a whore who dopes me, and hypnotizes me not to notice. Then she sleeps with friends and family, and arrives at family functions with me. That is one of the many terrible things done. Careers and business ventures are also destroyed, my dad died under suspicious strange circumstances, and so on.

I am writing a book. I need an image for the cover. The book is about all the religious, and masonic tricks played on me throughout my life. I grew up close to the Northern Irish Border so there is a lot of material about that. For the cover I was thinking of:
1: President Clinton standing on the right smiling, and winking at me on the left. He is trusting himself into the back end of a beautiful woman. Everything is covered up with a short skirt. So just legs and high heels. But at the front end it is a Donkey with a wig, and hair over its back. The donkey is unamused, or unaware eating grass been fed to him by an orange man.
2. There is a rope around the donkey neck that leads down to the bottom right where it is being head by an IRA man in a balaclava. He is uninterested, smoking a pipe and looking up to heaven while a secret service man(Dark sunglasses, black and white suit) is whispering something into his hear. Maybe some lines indicating that the IRA man is shacking his head as bit idol disapproval of what is going on.
3. To the right of the donkey and above the orange man their is an image of me looking on at this in confusion, disgust, and concern. Eyes wide open with my hands at the side of my head.
4. Above all this, but below the caption are a group of mostly men in a line looking on in amusement like a funny plan has come into action. Maybe some laughing. Try to give the impression they are all in it together. The group are to include:
1. A priest, and nun making a signs with their hands like they are giving their blessing to this.
2. Tony Blair
3. Bertie Ahearn
4. Hillary Clinton
5. Another IRA man, balaclava, dark green polo neck jumper
6. Ian Paisley in Orange man uniform over clergy uniform
7. Jerry Adams
8. Put one or two Rugby balls, and Hurley Sticks around in any gaps you want to fill up.

  An orange man is a member of the orange order. A variant of free masonry in Northern Ireland. They march around and cause trouble in Northern Ireland. Type Orange Order march into google images you will see them.

what style do you want ? hand drawing or realistic / comic etc .. also if its for a book cover can you give the title bcuz it might effect the scene on cover up some characters.

  Hand drawn comic style would probably be better, but if you think you can do it realistic style, try it. The title is "Source of hate". I give a brief description of what it is about. There is a very rough sketch of what I was looking for in the attachments. A good artist should be able to put something right together in 2-3 hours or less.
