Restaurant LOGO AND outdoor SIGNAGE

We are opening a Quick Service Restaurant named Spin Poke & Grill which serves custom, made-to-order poke bowls as well as teriyaki chicken and grilled fish dishes. The MAIN serving dish is custom made poke bowls. ALL served mixed in a bowl (hence "spin").

We are looking for a LOGO design as well as integration for outdoor restaurant signage.

1) Industry? Asian Fast casual restaurant... It is like Chipotle - these guys serve mexican food though. But EXACT same industry and style of restaurant.
2) Short description?= simple, clean, healthy, casual - make your own bowl...fresh raw-fish, chicken, beef,
3) Old logo?= None
4) Your Target market?= Office workers, lunch crowd
5) Style needed? Open. Poke is hawaiian / asian food... But would like something with a slight modern twist

6) Color choice?= black, red & white... may also consider blue, orange - open
