I need a logo & business card design for my real estate consultation firm I am launching in Houston, TX. This is an open concept contest so feel free to be as creative as you like.

I will need the finished logo design in PSD (Photoshop) format with all layers & TIFF format. The finished business card design will need to be in PSD (Photoshop) format with all layers, so I can edit the information myself.

UPDATE 1/12/2017

Hello all. First, I would like to thank EVERYONE who has made submissions. Just as I expected there are several entries that I absolutely love that I cannot decide on my own. I am bringing in a focus group to help decide which logo will represent my company. All submissions rated 5 stars will be reviewed by the focus group for selection. As I stated in my original posting, the selection will primarily be based on branding potential, creativity, and color scheme. A winner will be selected before the end of the contest.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a logo AND business card design contest. If I've rated your logo with 5 stars and you have not submitted a business card design, please submit your business card design at least 1 day before the end of the contest. Logo is our first concern but I will only select a winner that has BOTH, the logo and business card design. Also, please make sure that your logo is in PSD (Photoshop) format with ALL layers editable as well as in TIFF format.

Secondly, there are currently 221 submissions at the time of this writing. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY MORE SUBMISSIONS. Any submission after #221 will NOT be considered. I already have an abundance of great work to decide from and no other submissions are necessary.

Finally, there are several submissions that I have rated 4 stars. If one of these are your submission please hold on to your work. I will be building other businesses in the future and there are several logos that I am interested in selecting from to represent those future businesses. I will message each designer independently to discuss further and possibly setup individual projects.
